Grandma aka “NINI” loves grandchildren and asking for legal assistance for Grandparents Visitation in Alabama

This campaign is to get assistance in obtaining an attorney to fight for my Grandparents Rights to visitation. My grandchildren and I have a loving bond that begun at the time of each birth.Their ages are 13,8,and 5. But in April of 2018, my daughter and I had a petty disagreement ,as families often do,but it cost me my grandchildren.She said that I would never see them again,and she has stood by her word.The grandchildren were not involved whatsoever,so why should they suffer by losing the ONLY grandparent that’s actively in their lives with unmeasurable love and affection. I’m so worried that it is mentally and emotionally harming them. Upon a visit to their schools,they all have told me how much they miss me and spending time with me and how they want to come home with me now. One of the boys told me that he dreams of me a lot, the other says he thought he would never see me again, and didn’t know what happened to me. They are not supposed to feel abandoned like this. I desperately need a family law attorney to help us reunite and work out visitation before detrimental harm is done to not only myself, but the grandchildren as well.They are what I worry about the most in this awful situation. I would even be willing to have the volunteer work from an attorney if I knew of one who would possibly handle my case in Huntsville Al. Madison County. I have applied for Legal Aid, but I haven’t had a reply from that organization to this date. My next court date is in April 12 2019. I receive disability monthly and I work PT for my church @ 25 hours per week,and my income won’t cover my bills and an attorney. Please consider helping me in any way you can.
