I will be going to be with my daughter for the birth of my grandson in May. I have not seen any of my kids or grandchildren in seven years. My amazing sister bought me a plane ticket, yay! The problem is that I don't have any paid vacation time available and will be missing an entire paycheck, plus will have the extra expenses of the trip.
