Graduation Ceremony

Hello ! My school is holding their very first Prom / Graduation Ceremony on 23 November ! My team and I ( student councillors ) are in charge of decorating , planning as well as the items for lucky draw and give aways ! We’ve already booked a ballroom in a hotel however , they are no decorations. The school is very supportive about the idea of having prom however they are not sponsoring us a single cent. All is purely from the students ! My team and I have only gathered about 500 dollars from the students and it is not enough for decorations , photo booth , give aways and lucky draw prizes. This ceremony is the last time the students will be seeing their fellow friends and their Teachers and we would really like this event to be a very special one ! Please help my team and I make this prom a success ! Thank you very much
