Greeting you all a blessed day wherever you are.

This is my sister, Mary Grace Sebastian. She is only 35 years old and was diagnosed with IgA Nephropathy that caused Chronic Renal Failure and started undergoing dialysis last June, 2018.

(This photo was captured around 3 years ago during her dialysis in Bahrain.)

For those who don't know what IgA Nephropathy is, it is a a kidney disease that occurs when a person's antibody (called the immunoglobalin A) which blocks or lodges in the kidneys causing inflammation that damages kidney tissues. It is an example of a disease where the body destroys it's own. IgA Nephropathy usually progresses slowly over many years, but the course of the disease in each person is uncertain. In my sister's case, she was diagnosed with an end stage kidney failure.

My sister, Grace is a single mother of a very beautiful 11 year old girl with the support our mother as her guardian.

Grace is a faithful church worker in Jesus is Alive Church in Bahrain and also serves in Jesus is Lord Church whenever she's in the Philippines. She serves as a worship leader in the church.

We are very familiar with this type of situation because our Father also had the same disease. He underwent dialysis for 6 years and died last May, 2015.

Because of what happened, we are trying our best to give my sister Grace the best medical treatment possible. And this is where we need your help. We are planning to follow her doctor's advice and have her kidney transplant. But at this time, we are still looking for the best kidney donor for her. But before she can have a kidney transplant, she has to undergo a lot of process like different tests, crossmatching an others.

My sister, Grace has resigned from her previous job and has been unemployed since January of 2019. She used to work in Bahrain but was sent back here in the Philippines because her company's health insurance cannot support her medical needs anymore. This includes her dialysis fees, medicines and other health related needs.

As of the moment, she is surviving of course by God's mercy and grace.

Help Grace get a new and healthy kidneys, for a beautiful future with her daughter. Help us raise $ 30,000 USD for her medical treatments and kidney transplant. Even the smallest amount will be a huge help.

Thank you and May the Lord bless you!
