Campaign Story
Hi friends!
My name is Serena (or Wanshu in Chinese). I was diagnosed with Klatskin tumor (cancer on the left hepatic duct by the liver) in December 2022. What a New Year's gift...
Unfortunately, it's not an easy one - it's placed right on the blood vessel so I can't get surgery and transplantation, I have to go on a fun ride called "chemotherapy"... Wait for some "boldish" pics later
I am starting chemo today on the 11th of Feb 2023. Each cycle will take about 21 days and 3 cycles to start with. Total amount atm will be about 60,000 SGD.
My family and I can't afford it, so we're turning to you to help me out. Every cent counts, I will be thankful for any contribution, kind word or sharing of my story. And I promise to throw a good party for all donators once I am out of this hell (no alcohol for me but who needs it?)!
PS some facts about me: I am 29, love boxing, motorcycles, wine, having fun with friends and traveling.

Pausing the campaign
Update posted by Serena H at 04:09 amFrom the latest checkup, it has been stabilized and doctor suggested to wait for another 2 months until the next checkup and assess the size of tumor again. There's damage to the liver from the radiology so cannot see the border clearly. At the same time I'd like to stop
Shanghai Treatments
Update posted by Serena H at 07:54 amIt's been almost 2 months since I came to Shanghai for the new treatment plan, finally can wrap it up with me finishing the radiotherapy sessions! After a month in the hospital fighting with bleeding issues and another month of radiotherapy, I'm heading back home until the next checkup in. . . . .
First Cycle of Chemo Done
Update posted by Serena H at 07:08 amHi! I've just finished the injections of cycle one of chemotherapy. Dealing with the side effects is not easy but hanging in here. I have not got any result as it is too early to assess the progress, will share once I have any update. At the same time, attach
