Good Samaritan Truck

I am in great need of some help. I have a 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500. I Use it to help my grandma on her farm, and due to many years of it not being used and barely serviced, it has gotten some problems. Now when i started using it again i would have to carry loads of tree trunks and do minor offloading to service areas of the land. The reason why i cant afford anything right now is because money is tight, i get a few dollars from my mom to pay for gas from my grandmas house then out to the farm. I carry any tools i may need to not only help my grandma at the farm, but also if anyone needs help on the road. My grandpa bought it brand new back in 2003, and when he passed away it just sat there only getting used when conditions were to harsh for my grandma to drive her daily driven CRV. Then i moved in , in 2016, and bought it off her for $5000, it doesn't have engine problems or anything mechanical, just needs to be better equip to better suit my needs, and uses. These include, a service body, so i don't have to worry about my tools getting damaged or stolen, a front bumper with winch, so i can easily move anything that falls on the property and help others if they need a tow. I am currently looking for a job but with no credit or money i cant fix these problems myself, and hate asking my grandma for money as she is saving up for her dream house.
