Hello everyone, my name is Lavinia , i live in Romania and I will soon be 24 years old . I am sure that some of you will consider me too young in order to have a wide experience in kitchen , but i can assure you that is not true. I've been cooking since i was 8 years old. I started with fried eggs as dish and as cookies sweet crackers ( they were supposed to be eclairs ) but still everyone from my family loved it. I continued with choux a la creme and jam rolls.
I always dreamed to have my own restaurant where everyone can eat good food and healthy , cooked by me . This is a BIG dream but i am aware that this will not happen in the nearest future. And since i can not cook for other people besides family and friends I thought that maybe i can help other women and girls to cook themselves for their loved ones. My country has great dishes and lots of cookies creamy or not , sour or sweet , all you can and cannot imagine and that is because it includes pur traditional kitchen and also includes influences from italian, turkish and balcanic cuisine.
With this said i would like to ask you to help me publish my cookbook. I would like to publish it in Romanian , English and French.
I need 9500 $ in order to succeed to publish my book in all 3 languages.
The money will go for :
- editing
- printing
- translation romanian-english
- translation romanian french
- organizing a launching for the book
- invitations
- bookfest Romania ( transport/renting space) 29 may-2 junne 2014
- bookfair in England (transport/renting space/accomodation ) wich will be hosted between 07 april -11 april 2014
- bookfair in Geneve (transport/renting space/accomodation) 30 april-4 may 2014
- my gratitude for life ( beeing gratefull it's a great thing today in my opinion)
- everybody will be mentioned for helping me with publishing the book
- for the Europe citizens who will donate 25$ or more i will send my cookbook as fast as possible
