Golf mk4 tuning

Hello and thank you for even reading this.

So basically I have purchased 2003 golf mk4 1.4l, and 1.4 stock engine is quite too weak for me. So mainly I need money to swap my engine (which means that I need to change a lot of other parts as well) or at least install a turbo kit to make it a decent car, but obviously the problem is that I have no money for that (I haven't finished my studies yet). Of course I would like to change its appeal (do a stance probably), but that's is not that important. So if you have some money to throw away, you can do it right here.
