God`s Window

I`m Lawton Roberts from Hermanus in the Western Cape of South Africa.

We had staff, living in the informal settlements` area of Zwelihle, part of the Greater Hermanus. I became aware of the dire situation of many of these families, and one day, saw our maintenance manager`s little boy, sitting in his dad`s bedroom on our property, looking at me through a window, in their "normal" house, and there and then had the need to develop a window, specifically for the houses made from corrugation. And God`s Window was born.

With your contributions, we are going to have our windows manufactured by a plastics plant in the Cape Town area, made from 100% recycled and UV protected plastic. Our product will then be listed with. some of the biggest chain stores, scattered throughout South Africa.

For this campaign, trying to improve the lives of so many, we really need $20000 in order to have sufficient numbers manufactured, so we can have a national launching day, creating maximum awareness.

In closing, I want to ask every potential donor, to go back and watch the video again, and realize how your small donation can help to uplift the plight of these people. We can put this window into the marketplace, at roughly 10% of the costs of a " normal" window. So folks, please help to improve the lives of the people in our communities across South Africa
