Gluten free vegan dumplings

Some time ago I discovered that I cannot eat a lot of foods, because they make me sick. I changed my diet drastically. Nevertheless this is such a minor thing in life, it brought a lot of trouble for me and my boyfriend. Every time we had a trip or just wanted to go eat somewhere, it was so hard to find where. I'm now used to make meal preps for al our trips. It is not always the case, but making healthy food takes a lot of time and sometimes you just don't want to do that. This is me. I love to cook, but sometimes I want to get something out of the freezer and bake or boil it for 10 mins and eat, but I still want it to be healthy and I want to feel good afterwards. Since I cannot eat gluten, dairy, anything with high fat content, ever these rare easy days wasn't for me.

There we were, a bit disappointed in life and used to everyday struggle with what to eat so it is healthy and tasty.

Then one of our friends brought up a fantastic idea, why don't we make our own company and create our own food suitable for those, who have so many food limitations?

Here started our journey, exchange of ideas, search for concepts and tastes, where we are finally at our real starting point, with real product - vegan gluten free dumplings, with no added artificial sugars, no added fat, no gluten, soy and none of the most popular food allergens. And guess what - it is soooo tasty <3

We are not giving away our product for testing, but we still make everything with our hands. To really start provide our product to people, we need to buy equipment, rent proper premises and dedicate our whole time, because now all three of us are also are employees in other companies on a daily basis to make our idea develop.
