Gizmo’s Gonna Walk Again

On Sunday 01-31-2021, Gizmo, a bubbly French Bulldog was found paralyzed his back legs. His mom rushed him to the Animal ER for answers. Giz, as he is affectionally called was unable to be treated at this hospital as he needed to see a specialist immediately (3 hours away). It was later discovered that Giz needed immediate surgery as he had ruptured not one but two discs in his back. Surgery was expensive but necessary as the only other option given was euthanasia. Giz may never walk again or regain urinary and fecal continence but his mom is willing to do everything to give the little guy a chance. Treatment is costly. The estimate given was 6,000 including therapy and hospitalization. Mom was able to come up with 3,000 on her own but is in need of help for the rest. Any amount given will be a great help. Giz and his mom thank you from the bottom of their hearts.
