Giving back on behalf of late mum

Assalamuaalikum. My name is Ryhan and i am 21 years old. My mom has just passed yesterday morning at 3a.m in her sleep. My family is distraught as most of us are young adults who are schooling and she was so young. We are trying to remain strong and we would like to donate charity in her name. She was a Thai convert and we fear for her life after death. Me as her son and a fellow Muslim knows that only 3 things follow someone after their death. Charity, Knowledge they passed when they were alive and prayers from a respectful child. I fear so much for her and apart from ample prayers on my part, I would like to donate to a charity on her behalf. I seek understanding cooperation from kind ones who are willing to donate even a dollar to this cause. You too will gain a blessing by donating as this money will be given to charity. All i ask is that in your heart you are sincere in sharing your reward with my mum so that she too will benefit for this good deed that will follow you in the hereafter and assist in granting you entry to Jannah Insya'Allah.
