Give This Pug a Second Chance

Heartful Rescue is a very new animal rescue group setup by a Singaporean and Canadian that is based in China, Guangzhou. This abandoned pug(we have decided to name him Chance) was one of the latest rescue and he was in horrible condition when we found him, he has been the hardest case of rescue by far due to the severity of his skin infection. We hope to rally more kind-hearted people to come together and make a difference for him.

He is still undergoing medical treatment for his medical issues at [ Nive Animal Hospital ] Guangzhou, Panyu District right now - which includes cataract treatment, malnourishment and severe skin infection medications. We are doing our best to provide him with whatever medical care he needs because he has been doing his best to stay alive and we want to do everything in our means to help him, the financial strain is getting heavier because we have another 4 rescues that we are caring for.

He is staying in the hospital right now because of his medical condition. We will be fostering him once he is out of medical care, until he finds a loving home. We sincerely feel that no precious companion deserves such treatment.

PLEASE help us give this PUG a second chance at life. Even if you cannot donate, sharing his story will help us a great deal.

While the hospital has been very understanding on his medical bills so far, we we are hoping to clear the medical bills as soon as we can so we can continue our rescue efforts.

The funds raised will be used on his on-going medical treatment and the expenses involved in any post-treatment (with proof of receipt) until he is ready to be re-home outside of China. Any remainder raised from the donations will also be put forward towards other rescue efforts.
