Give Thanks to Liberty

Hi, my name is Jason Kim Manners. I'm only 17yrs of age, but I think starting this would be great. My grandfather and father are both US Army Veterans that have fought in the Vietnam War and Operation Iraqi Freedom during the War On Terrorism. Both my grandfather and father should have gotten better recognition but they couldn't. Well, actually none of our veterans or active duty service members have. Of course, we can never give enough to those who gave everything. That is why I have decided that let's give our most! Money is fantastic for the men and women who served, but financial help and a recognition event is even better! I am planning for an event called "Give Thanks to Liberty" that is planned to happen from November 23-24, 2019 in Washington DC at the Lincoln Memorial, Reflecting pool, and so on. I'm not the President or even Congress, so I can't use taxes to pay for this event, but I can rely on the American People! The current goal is $500,000 and will be going up afterwards. This event will have special speakers to thank our men and women, stories from veterans, the Armed Forces and National Anthems, fireworks, music, tour of Washington DC, THANKSGIVING DINNER, and much more things that will make our veterans and active duty members feel Proud of Themselves! And they should be! Blood was poured, tears were dripped, and purity was dirty, yet our men and women, no matter what the fight was, stood their ground fought till their last breath. We owe everything to them! If we gather enough money, we can allow our veterans and active duty members to fly and stay in good hotels for free! Please donate as much as you can possibly give.
