Give me Hope

When I was 20 years old I was diagnosed with a rare disease called myelfibrosis. It is a bone marrow disorder and the only treatment is blood transfusion. I am now 51 years old. Over the years the disease has caused other chronic ailments such as diabetes and vision problems. The cost of medical care is increasing each year and I cannot cope. There are times I have to skip medical treatment because of the cost. I would like to have a comprehensive medical plan to help me in my remaining years to make my life as comfortable as possible. There is no real cure for this disease but I am hoping that a cure is found. I humbly ask for your assistance with the cost of medical care.
