Give Jana A Chance to Dance

Hi my name is Jana and I am an ordinary Czech girl living in Paris that is has gained an opportunity to do a one-year dance training in New York City.

The dance means a lots for me. For all my life, I've been struggling for being happy and doing what I would like to do. There were always obstacles and difficult life periods. And it was the dance, the art of movement, that gave me the power to fight. It helped me so deeply that I've decided to devote to it my life. I applied to a dance school and..I got accepted.

My aim is far from being the best dancer ever, not at all - what I'd love to do instead is to understand the art enough for I can transmit its beauties and its power to others. I'd love to show and to teach the people how to perceive others, how to express themselves and how to share the moments of hapiness that the art brings. Because for me, ance is mainly about sharing and transmitting the core of our feelings to others. It learns us to feel them and uderstand them without the word.

The experiences that I've lived learned me that nothing is impossible. I do believe in the good in the people. And so I hope there is someone who will help me to make my dream come true for I can help these that may need it!
