Most people think of motherhood as a joyous experience, but for some it can be an experience of interrupted joy. This anthology delves into the subject of motherhood and loss from different perspectives of authors and artists from all over the world.
Your donation will give a copy of Joy, Interrupted: An Anthology on Motherhood and Loss to someone who is grieving a loss associated with motherhood.
You are welcome to donate as little as $1 to help us achieve this goal.
Since Joy, Interrupted is about all different kinds of losses associated with motherhood, we want to donate books to a different non-profit organization that serves the bereaved. Each month we will have a different target goal and organization who receives the donated book.
Rewards
If you donate $15, we can give away a book free to an organization who supports women who experience loss associated. with motherhood. We will put your name or the name of your choosing on the book that we donate to the bereavement group and we will send you a free postcard with original artwork from the book to thank you. If you donate $50, we can give away 3 books and you get a 12 x 18 poster featuring the cover of Joy, Interrupted and artwork from the book to thank you. Shipping is free in the U.S. For all international donations, please contact us at [email protected] for us to give you a shipping quote.

I know so many who have struggled with grief over losing a child, losing a mother, struggling to become a mother, and so much more. Thank you for this wonderful project, showing how by sharing our grief and healing processes, we can connect and help each other through difficult times.
