Campaign Story

My 26 years old, nephew was diagnosed a stage 5 chronic kidney disease. He'd be needing dialysis or a kidney transplant. I would like to seek funding for his medical need because his father is a carpenter and his mother, a housewife, and they don't have the means to pursue any medical intervention. Thank you and please help him.
