Give Charlie a New Life

Charlie was abandoned by his previous owners in the streets, in this unbearable heat, with no excuse, and is now in need of medical care and a new home. He needs to get neutered, micro-chipped, needs a complete physical exam to ensure he is healthy, and also make sure he is protected from preventable illness by vaccines and parasite preventatives.
