For some of us, Christmas is a time for celebrations and festivities, a time of vacation and travels, reunion and reflection, whether with family or just friends.
Especially for the children, it is a time to play- a time of gifts, treats and sweets, but sadly, this is not the case for all. to some, it remains a time of struggle and worry.
For this reason, IATF will be treating the children of the Talitha Kumi Orphanage this Christmas. After carrying out little surveys with local communities, schools and orphanages, IATF has decided to cater to the pressing needs of the Talitha Kumi Orphanage for its December project.
In order to get to know more about the orphanage, their difficulties and their needs, IATF paid a visit to the Talitha Kumi Orphanage on the 10th of August 2013. A full report on the visit can now bw found on our website: iatfyouth.org
The realities of the orphanage are far from settling and IATF has decided to put in extra effort to try and raise funds to help improve the living conditions of the children.
The project will cater for (amongst others)
- Educational Supplies
- Medical Supplies
- Medical Seminar and Administration
- Food Supplies
- Clothing Supplies
We will greatly appreciate your support in helping us impact the lives of these children!
