Girl_Talk.com is being established to offer a structured youth development program for middle and high school females in Montgomery County, MD. The program will provide girls with skills, knowledge, and abilities necessary to grow into confident, successful adults. The program will partner with the local school districts and community supports to enhance our service delivery.
