Gift of Love 2019

It's that time of year again to spare a thought for those less fortunate than ourselves. This year we have decided to change our focus to a very special group of children resident here in Paphos that really do need an outpouring of love and help to have a wonderful Christmas but more than that to improve their standard of life. We are very proud and happy to be helping the young children who live at the Children's Home of Paphos. There are nine children in residence at this time between the ages of 8 and 15. With no capable family members to look after them and in some cases no family at all,we think it is important that they feel the love from our community to show them they are not forgotten or marginalised. We intend to brighten up the Home and improve their living conditions also giving them the tools that all children require to have the best chance academically so that they will feel they have a home want to return to each day after school and a bright future when they leave and enter the community as adults.

This year we will be looking for your help to sponsor some light renovations such and fresh interior paint and other minor touches, new bedroom furniture and linen, complete educational facilities for home work and study including two new computers and of course a generous splattering of Christmas cheer.

Our hope is that we will all come together and pool our resources to show these children that they have a family this Christmas and that family is called Paphos.
