Gift of Education for Madrasa Children – Luthfa

As salamu alaikum everyone!

Hope you are all having a great Ramadan.

This year I wanted to raise money for a cause that's really unique and touched me deeply.

As you know, millions of children across the globe are illiterate. And the ones who are, do not have access to schools, books or a safe learning atmosphere due to lack of money and financial difficulty.

This year I've pledged to raise 500 pounds, for a madrasah in Bangladesh. It is part government funded and half reliant on donations. The authority gives money for equipment such as computers, but the students are still without uniforms sometimes, as this would come out of their own pockets. Please remember some of these kids are so poor they dont have meals at home, so they can not afford uniforms, stationery, books, papers.

Your 20 pounds will provide a full school uniform, pens, books, and other times every child needs.

Your 50 pounds will go towards class room renovations

Your 100 pounds will go towards the ongoing madrasah extension

There are already a few floors to the current madrasah which accommodate students studying the national curriculum, as well as space for the madrasah students, however the huffadh (students who wish to memorize quran) can not be enrolled on to their course as of yet - there simply aren't enough rooms!

Your donation will help make an entire new floor, 2/3 classrooms to fit all the hifs students. We all know the reward of the one who learns quran and teaches it, there is no better job! Imagine the rewards for funding such a great initiative and being part of something so great. May it be heavy on your scale of good deeds, remember Ramadan, its merit, the ajr we get is multiplied by thousands.
