This is Ma. Francisca Salvador 5 years old. She's my Sister's adopted child.My Sister adopt her because she really want to have a baby. Ma. Francisca Salvador have a disorder and disabilities. Maybe because of the gens where she come from. Her mother was raped by her own father and got her pregnant. My sister adopted her and treated her like her own child. As she's growing up my Sisters noticed that their are something wrong about her. She's not a ordinary kid like others. Her physical posture and the way she look. there's something wrong with it. Upon consulting her to the doctor they found out that she have a disorder. She can't speak nor can't hear properly. She even can't see clearly. Shes under a mental and physical therapy twice a month. Aside from that she need to undergo earing test. I want to ask for help because my sister don't have money to support the needs of her baby. We need a financial to support her medication and her other expenses. I hope everyone can help us.
