This summer I am going to rural Ghana with a small group from my school to visit our sister school, Jubilee High. Whilst out there, we will be running educational and exciting extra-curricular sessions with pupils aged between 15-28 and hopefully teaching the students valuable lessons to help them with their future. I gained a place on the trip through a rigorous interview process and i'm extremely excited to be given this opportunity. However, to cover the cost of the trip and resources needed, we have been asked to raise the money ourselves. In order to do this, my friend and I are doing a sponsored 18 mile cycle ride along the Thames (Greenwich to Southbank and back) and would hugely appreciate any contribution you could make to this cause. It would help both us, and those in the Ashanti-Akim region.
