Ghana 2015

I have recently applied to Original Volunteers, to work in Africa next year. Whilst studying at London Metropolitan University in Community Development and Leadership, I have had the opportunity to apply to volunteer abroad to improve the lives of people in communities. I would be grateful if you helped in sponsoring towards my trip to Ghana in July 2015.  My aim for this trip is for the chance to improve people’s way of living. I will be doing this through the Original Volunteers Company and will be teaching in schools and helping to build facilities across the country.  I see this as an important opportunity both individually and collectively for people in need of help.  This will also give me valuable experience for after my degree in working within a Community and helping disadvantaged youngsters.   This trip is self funded and will cost approximately £1400 for me to spend a month in Ghana.  Although I am already saving I really need some sponsorship to secure me spending at least a month there so I can make a real difference. Any contribution is welcomed, which would mean that both myself and the people of Ghana would be very grateful of any sponsorship given, however small.  If you are able to help I would keep you up to date with the work I undertake.
