Getting Utilites and Land Ready

My husband and I have are in the process of buying a mobile home. We have to get the land set up to put in on, but it requires us to run the electricity, water, and septic. My husband is a plumber, so we just have to pay for the parts on the water and septic. The total cost we are looking at is $5,720. Making the grand total with down payment on the mobile home and all $14,257. We are just a couple thousand short. We have 3 kids, and our son has special needs. We provide for our family ourselves and rarely ask for help. We would be grateful for anything that is donated! Thank you!
