Getting Out of Debt

I'm currently trying to pay my bills off to clear up my credit after an ugly divorce. I'm trying to make ends meet with my income, but the high interest rates of these credit card companies are killing me and I can barely keep my head above water! I make more than the minimum payment every month, but I'm not making any headway. I've tried to get the credit card companies to lower the interest rates, but they all say that I already have the lowest rate. I think it's an outright lie, but my hands are tied. 

I know that I shouldn't be asking the public to help me with my own debt, but we all struggle against this horrible economy and the greed of these banks! I want to get back on my feet and get rid of this debt hanging over my head. Any little donation will help me climb out of this abyss and create a new life for myself!
