Getting my health back

I cannot believe this has happened to me. I went out with some friends for some drinks on a saturday night and while walking I heared my back snapped. Later I found out from the doctors that what I have experienced is called "Annular Tear" a mild form of herniated disk. The expenses were more I have expected and even now 2 months after I still need to take pills twice a day to keep up with my work. Also the doctor has recommended that I do swimming for a while which is why I intend to hit the gym. For that and for the theraphy for my back and right side I need like 3 months minimum to get back on my feet.

I know that I may ask a lot but for those who have experienced this or back problems for the first time and trying to make life work again you may experience a tough time. I will not ask for more than you can give because I too am willing to help a friend or a kind person for a good cause.
