Getting my father to outpatient treatment after stroke.

Hello my name is Svilen Iliev i'm 27 years old and i'm from Bulgaria.In mid February my father had a second stroke and he was hospitalized with a left hand and left foot were paralyzed. He stayed in for 2 weeks and the doctors managed to restore some of his feeling in them but they recommended that he visit a outpatient treatment or Inpatient Rehabilitation.That was impossible to do at the time since we had problems with our mortgage that are now over and everything is in check and thought that he wont need to do any of thous since he was feeling good being able to walk and do daily necessity. With us being tight for money that was good since could save some but two weeks ago he started loosing his grip and can't handle his phone,pen or eat.I now have to help him with all thous and is hard for me since i started a new work one mouth ago and i cant take any leave.But i also can leave him alone for long periods of time since i'm scared if something bad should happen.Now the real problem is that i want to get him into an outpatient treatment program since the other one is WAY to expensive i have a cousin that can take him there and be with him during that but it costs 500 euro for the whole 30 something days.I don't have the money now since i payed off the mortgage and am on a new jobs barely hanging to have money for food and his medicine. Normally that program should be taken care of his i health insurance but after some reading of people who had to go to thous they advice to go to privet once since in the programs that are covered by the insurance they don't take good care of the patient and i want my father to be in good hands.Sadly this is the type of country that i live in.Bottom line is i need help from the kindhearted people that are in this site because i cant get it from relatives and friends that helped me with the mortgage problem.Thank you for taking the time to read this and i am sorry about my bad English it is not my native language.If you can't contribute financially,you can still help my sharing this campaign to friends and family.
