Getting lisa healthy :-)

Hi all my name is Lisa and im a 28 year old mother of 3 daughters. Ever since i was a young girl i have been battling with my weight and after each of my children came along i struggled to lose the additional weight gained during the pregnancies. If im honest i started to notice i had a problem with food when i was diagnosed with depression at the age of 23. I was at such a low point in my life that i had tried to end my life on several occasions. There werent many people who were around for me at the time of my depressive state and the only person/ thing that could ever comfort me was food. It made me feel happy and loved and at the time of eating it i felt very secure. But 3 children down the line and a husband i am still battling my demons with the dreaded food. I feel i owe it to my children to give them a happy healthy mother so they can grow up in a stable environment. Due to my weight gain i am experiencing some health difficulties even though i am at such a young age really. My BMI is currently 39, which is classed as morbidly obese. I suffer from back problems, hip problems and i am constantly short of breath.I would like to use the donations i recieve to used towards a gastric band procedure. You think all of these health problems aswell as having 3 beautiful daughters aged 8, 5 and 2 would get me slimmed down and at a healthy point in my life. I feel like i am stuck in a rutt. Ive tried on several occasions to save up for the gastric band procedure and pay for it myself. Only for then more important urgent matters including the children and house to take priority.
