Getting FVTC To Nationals

Hello fellow Facebook users,

For those of you who don’t know DECA is a business/marketing club that is in high schools and colleges nation wide. Our chapter at Fox Valley Technical College has worked very hard the past year. We raised money for the National Kidney Foundation and are collecting items for an animal shelter. We are very involved in the community and our school.

Several weeks ago 9 of our members competed at our state DECA conference. ALL 9 qualifies for nationals and we had 5 top 3 finishers. We did receive some funding from our school which we are very thankful for but unfortunately we have recently received word that our club is still short about $1,500.

The funding is being used for all 9 members to travel to Washington D.C. and would allow these members to expand their education while competing at a national level. If we can not raise more money, some members will not be able to afford to go.

Anything is helpful, and we certainly could use your help at this time. If you could please donate and or share this campaign that would be much appreciated.
