Getting Dads savings back

I am 23 years old and graduated 4 months ago with a law degree but have always been intrested in business; I really believed in my idea and that was to start a electronic hookah lounge, one that has no health issues yet still gives the hookah experience I really believed I was onto something and convinced my father who works 7 days a week as a cab driver to give up his savings and take out a small loan for me to get hold of a premises I found.. I was young and warm blooded I didnt check much about the premises and got myself stuck with a lease and the previous owner took advantage of my inexperience and gave me the shop in a hurry and a high price I gave the business everything I had all my time and effort I worked day and night at the shop to show my family I would get us our first mortgage out of this business however it didn't work out that way to this day I have sleepless nights because I don't turn over enough to even pay the rent or the workers, I avoid my dad by coming home at a time I know he would be asleep or work so that I don't upset him by telling him about the shop. I took a huge risk and yes this is business however I can not forgive myself for takimg my dads years of savings and comfortably risking it this way.
