Getting back on track with high interest debt

Hi there! I'm hoping for some help getting back on my feet after an unfortunate spiral into high interest debt. I truly believe that the less money going to banks and credit card companies, the better for everyone in the community, and so I am on a mission to help others like myself get back on track with debt.

I want to start a lending platform, where everyday people can lend tiny loans in good faith to people in need of some kindness. It's kind of a mix between a donation and a loan, in that there would be no legal agreements between the parties. Rather, the platform would have a ranking system (probably with five stars) where the lender can rank the person they lend to. If they pay the loan back and were kind, five stars. If they don't pay the loan back and were rude, one star. Etc.

Another feature of the site would be that when someone pays back their loan, they can choose to "tip." There would be a pop up option to pay a percentage tip or choose an amount of your own. This way the lender's generosity could be repaid with more than they gave, but it wouldn't be expected so any tips would just be a nice thing for that person's day.

The idea is to of course help people get out of debt, but also to help bring a little faith in humanity to the internet community. I know there are a lot of generous people in the world, but we sometimes forget that when the news is so dreary and it's easy to get cynical.

To accomplish this, I need to do more research and talk to some professionals who understand coding, legalities, marketing, etc. better than I do. I need financial help to get started! And I need financial help for my own situation.

Basically, I want to test this idea out on myself using this as a platform. If you donate to my cause I will use the funds to pay down my high interest debt, and I will pay you back as soon as I can (which in most cases will be within a month). This will allow me to continue researching my project, plus give me an opportunity to help others in need as it will free up some of my own income for better uses.
