Getting back up on our feet from being pushed down.

Where to begin. I dont want to talk bad but move on . I was in a abusive relationship for 3 yrs now resulting in court issues on his part. We had a child together who is amazing and beautiful and so smart that I'll do anything I can to protect us. I have tried everything even trying to get a bank loan knowing the answer was already no. My family doesn't have the money either or else I wouldn't have to make this. We have began to piece back our lives together from the ground up since he was our sole provider. The reason I made a gofund me account is because we are looking to make enough for a decent vehicle since he will be taking ours back because it's under his name.. I traded in my car so we could have a better longer lasting one.We are very optimistic that we will have a brighter future however I just don't feel like a legal aid will do us justice because he has acquired a paid attorney. I feel like they are trying to leave us with the bare bare minimum. I do not think this is fair. Everyday we were together I could help not be on egg shells I did everything. Also tried to make everything from every day decisions to everyday problems as easy as possible for him so he wouldn't get upset. He will be taking our vehicle back will be left,with nothing. I'm currently working so In HAVE TO HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE FOR US. With trying to replace it with very unreliable mini van I believe that has extremely high miles,leaks oil and has had a bunch of problems. Just know whatever you may give it's going to a mother and daughter who will put it to go use to help us on our new journey.
