Getting back on my Feet

In April 2019, I was being retrenched by the company and within a very short period of time (less than 2 weeks) I was being repatriated back from Jakarta to Kuala Lumpur. The company did not handle the exit properly and they chose to do it when my working permit is expiring in less than 2 weeks time leaving me with no bargaining power in this case. After awhile I realized more and more employees suffered the same situation as me and some of the employees were being forced to sign on the documents which they then reluctantly signed. Enough said about the nightmare with the MNC company, I have not been able to get any job since then. It has been 8 months now and I am on the verge of empty bank accounts. Hundreds of job application being sent in the last 8 months and I only received one invitation of interview. I am hopeless now.

I also understand the urgency of getting back on my own feet. Hence I got the idea of venturing into the Airbnb hosting business. I have been renting out 2 rooms on the unit I am staying now on Airbnb platform. And I am planning to rent few more units on the same building and put them out on the Airbnb platform. With that idea, each unit will required approximately USD 2,200 as the deposit.
