Getting back on my feet

I am a 60 year old woman living alone who had several medical setbacks last year (a broken ankle requiring surgery & screws and 8 weeks of non weight bearing; a heart attack a few months after I was back to work). I was unable to continue in my career as it required extensive travel so have been doing part time & project type work as I can find it and have been working as a food delivery driver since December (working 7:30 am to 7:30 pm most days). I have exhausted all savings and have almost caught up on bills but just can’t seem to get the March Car Note and April rent paid ($1180.and $260 respectively). The Landlord and car company will work with me if I can manage to get caught up to that point. I have nowhere to turn for help with this and do not qualify for government assistance since I am not disabled and have no dependent children living in my household. Prayers are also greatly appreciated
