Get up and start walking

Hi,assalaamu alaykum name is faaika agherdien .I am from south Africa,am 47 years old and am paralysed due to a spinal injury.I was in hospital for 8 months where a spine operation was done on me and was diagnosed with spondilitys bacteria

I need extensive physcio therapy and am currently unemployed,I was a confectioner in a bakery but due to my condition cannot work

I am currently trying to walk with support my condition is

L1 motor sensory incomplete..my parents are in the late 70s and they r looking after me,I need a carer some wheelchair extensions done to my house,and a physcio therapist to help me.
