Annie, a year 7 at West Craven, and Charlotte, a year 7 at Park high, have both qualified to fight for Team GB in the WTKA world championships in Italy in October. Both girls train at Phoenix Academy of MMA, Barnoldswick. This is a chance of a lifetime experience for the girls and not something that comes along everyday. They have worked hard and competed against many clubs around England to deserve these places, and they deserve to go. If anyone can help in any way at all please do get in touch.
