Get rid of Crohn’s disease

My name is Martin Lundgren , I'm 27yo and live in Denmark . 4 years ago I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease . My life over the last 4 years has been a pure hell. I've gone to a lot of doctors / specialists to find a solution to my illness , but with no luck . I have during my illness course been on medication , but with no luck in slowing the disease. I'm usually a happy, fresh, and very outgoing guy. I just got a little baby girl . On the 8th of May 2012. My problem is that I need surgery to get well again. I do not have the money for it . My social life is totally devastated when I go to the toilet between 8-16 once in a day .I can't do anything with my lovely daughter and my beautiful girlfriend because there must always be a toilet nearby. Mentally, I completely down and can barely function in everyday life. I need all the help I can get . So I can get my life back as it was.
