Get out of Debt

I hate to do this, I really do. However, I am drowning in debt. I am trying to overcome my debt. I have had a horrible decade! I was with a man, engaged to him and while trying to help him get back on his feet I ruined my credit. After him and I broke up, I dated a guy who stole my identity which pushed me further into debt. Then I moved to try to get away from a stalker and a dangerous person, which pushed me further into debt. I have been trying to climb out of this hole of debt but I am struggling. I have been paying bills and paying interest, unable to save any money. Every time I seem to get some money saved and get these credit cards and loans paid down, something horrible happens and I have to rack it back up (car accident, dog needed surgery, job screwed up my pay, etc.). I am literally drowning in debt and I need help getting out of debt! I am behind on my rent and I need to pay my rent ($1600) and my car insurance payment ($400) by the end of this month. If anyone can help me I would GREATLY appreciate it!
