Get my life back, 6 mos homeless

Hi, Im a 34 year old guy with sciatica. When I was 19 I was disowned by my family and I am all alone in the PH, 6 months ago I lost my job and my apartment. Been living off parks and malls just to survive. Everything went downward spiral. I would like to have a second chance in life by asking this amount to get a place to stay in and process all my papers so I could get in touch with my family. I know this might sound mundane compared to others, I just needed help and find my way out of this mess. Thanks for your time.
