Hye, my name is Imran and I am from Malaysia. (a small country located between Singapore and Thailand)

Few days before that, I lent my car (Ford Fiesta 1.5 S 2014) to my best friend and on that day, he used my car to go to work without noticing that almost the whole of Penang was affected by floods with several areas inundated under 0.2 to 1 meter. So my car end up trapped in flood.
He promised me to take full responsibility on the damages, so he sent my car to a local car workshop (not an authorized Service Center). However, the damages is beyond the local workshop capability so I asked him to send my car to authorized service center.
After almost 2 months of inspection, today the Service Center quoted me nearly RM16 000 (USD 4000 ++) for the repair cost. I tried to call my friend to inform him about the cost, but he never replied my call or my whatsapp. Clearly he dont want to take responsible on it. =(
Now, the Service center is waiting for my reply whether to proceed with the repairing or not.. I couldnt answer it right now because I dont have that much money.
Seriously, I am begging you all, my beloved citizen of Earth to at least donate me one dollar. I dont know how to wrap up my story nicely and beautifully, but please help me out with this headache problem.. =(
I cant use my car, but I still need to pay the monthly installment ....
