Get My Drivers Licence Back Asap

Young man made the worst mistake in his life. Got a DUI and he has gone to court and accepted responsibility and has completed his suspension. His license was suspended for 9 months but he still had to catch rides to work because he has rent to pay car payment he still had to make even though he can't drive his car. Now that his suspension is lifted he has to complete a DUI Class that cost $360 and he has to pay fees to the Georgia Department Of Drivers Services that cost $900 before he can get his license back. He needs a second job that he knows he can get but he has to get his license back asap in order to do that and he can't come up with the money that quick because of his bills at home and paying his probation fees.HELP!!!!!!!
