Get my best friend to my wedding

so, I'm getting married and I don't have a large circle of friends, therefore I don't gave 100s of bridesmaids, just one flower girl, my partners niece. I have one friend who is my true friend. My soulmate, who has moved to America we chat over Facebook and Skype but I've not physically seen her for 4 years

We've been friends now about 15 years and the thought of her not being able to be at my wedding breaks my heart. I'm gonna do everything I can to get her here, and I heard about this fund raising thing. So let's see.....
