Get me home to my family

Please help me get back close to my family and friends, i moved away with my ex partner 100 miles away in the process i gave up all i had, since ive moved my step mother had had cancer (and won the fight thank God) and my father had a heart attack, i miss my family so much i am clinicaly depressed to the point of wanting to end my own life and i need help to get back and find myself, any help will be greatly and forever appreciated.
