Get Laain a computer!

Hello everyone. I'm in need of a new laptop, mine is dying. It could go out any day now. It's slow and making lots of weird noises. I've had it for 4+ years. It is time for a new one. However, I'm having trouble affording one so that is why I'm asking you all for help. Having a computer is essential to my mental health. It helps me through hard days and is the only way I truely have any social interaction. Without it I don't know where I would be. It is also good for me for making art! I love art. I'm looking to spend about $750-$800 on a laptop. I'm looking for 8GB to 12GB RAM and 1TB hard drive storage space. Like I said I do art on my computer so I need the extra space. I would love a Mac that is my dream computer, especially for working with art programs and such, but not esstential. But I do need a decent computer and decent computers cost between $700 and $800, especially with that storage range. Any help you can give to help me reach my goal and get a new laptop would be greatly appreciated.
