Get ISRAEL back on the road

Hi My name is Israel and I have many responsibilites coming up that I have to be ready for.I have half a car right now meaning i need a water pump and a windshield for it. I just started work at QFC and have to rely on people to pick me up and take me to work, or the bus. I used my vehicle one time and that one time got me in a heap of trouble. I used it to go to my interview, on the way back I got pulled over 2 blocks away from my house for a broken windshield, they gave me tickets for a broken windshield/no license/no insurance. to a total of 1300$. starting in september, I will be coaching 7th and 8th grade kids for hoopaholics, a basketball select team. I will be coaching them in the evenings, its going to be a little harder if i dont have a car to drive back and forth from work/home/basketball practice. I dont want to ride around without a license and I need to be reliable for the childrens sake. It would be a great help if I could get those tickets and my car fully functional thank you for your support.
