Campaign Story
Ethan Buckley has been selected to represent South Africa at the WBSC 15U Baseball World Cup in Panama from 10/08/2018 - 19/08/2018
This will definitely be one of the highlights of Ethan's Playing career.
Ethan has represented Western Province (regional team from the Western Cape) from the tender age of 8 and has participated in all the National Championships around South Africa to date.
His primary and loved position is Catcher and was also named the BEST CATCHER at the recent National Baseball Championships held in Durban (April 2018).
Ethan works extremely hard at his game and has big dreams to become a professional player one day.
With this honor of representing his country, comes a huge expense. The tour is self-funded (Travel, Uniforms, equipment, visa etc). The tour cost is a minimum of ZAR 30 000.00
We are currently organizing local fundraising events, which will hopefully lighten the financial load somewhat.
If you are in the position and have a love for sports, especially Baseball, please consider a donation towards this young man's tour.
You will be investing in a hard working, passionate, extremely disciplined Baseball Player reach for his dreams.
