Let's get Enrice & Ruan to Columbia

Enrice Morton and Ruan Simon have been selected to represent the South African National Team in the U23 WBSC Baseball World Cup, in Columbia from 19 - 28 October 2018.

With this huge achievement and honor to represent their country, comes a HUGE expense of a minimum of R 35 000.00 per player, this excludes any extras, e.g. visas, equipment, vaccinations etc.

Baseball is classified as a minor sport in South Africa, therefore all National and International tours are self-funded.

Enrice and Ruan have been teammates since a very young age, they are not only teammates, but very close friends too. They have both represented Western Province (Cape Town Regional Team) since a very young age. Both of them are currently finishing off their season in Sweden. Enrice and Ruan are active members and play for Durbanville Baseball Club, in Cape Town South Africa. These 2 young men, not only excel on the baseball field, but they offer the full package, they will dedicate all their free time to help grow the game, they are also junior coaches.
